We thought it'd be fun if we shared a fun little throwback to Styled For Good earlier this year! Giving back is a huge part of what MAVEN is all about, so this is at the top of our list of annual events. We're so thankful for all of the vendors that put so much work into making it so successful year after year!
If you're unfamiliar with what Styled for Good is, let us fill you in! SFG is the first of its kind in Minnesota - an annual nonprofit wedding showcase founded by our very own MAVEN, Kelly Bollis and our good friend, Jennae Saltzman over at Blush & Whim. Not only is it a showcase event, but also doubles as a big party, where all of the proceeds go towards donating services to those most in need.
The theme for this year's Styled For Good event was MONOCHROME, and Machine Shop hosted us in the St. Anthony Main district of Minneapolis. We incorporated so many new and exciting things into SFG this year, like a REAL LIFE WEDDING! That's right, we had a pop-up wedding at this year's event.
It's Important to us at SFG that you to experience how an event can change the world for someone struggling with hardship, or living in crisis. Our local partners covered our operating costs so 100% of the ticket price brought a life changing experience to one lucky couple with our Free Wedding Giveaway! 2017 Winners Des and Dom got married at the showcase this year, and their pictures are S T U N N I N G - take a look below!

Flavorful recipe feature that makes a traditional pasta dish feel approachable and inviting. The descriptions and preparation details encourage readers to try something authentic in their own kitchens. While reading, I was reminded of a discussion on https://usvacuums.com/ about preserving traditions through shared knowledge and experiences. This was a delightful article that celebrates both culinary heritage and the joy of cooking.
Heartwarming recap of a charitable styling event that combines fashion with purpose. The article successfully highlights both the positive atmosphere and the impact created through community involvement. I recently came across a discussion on https://www.floridaprobatelawgroup.com/ about using professional skills to support worthwhile causes, which connected well with this story. This was an enjoyable and inspiring read from beginning to end.
Very informative post. Explaining air quality monitoring challenges this clearly makes the topic much easier to understand. I recently https://clubhippocrate.ca/ read something similar on a based review blog and it added another useful angle.
Delightful recap that captured the atmosphere and purpose behind the event in a very engaging way. The article highlighted both the fashion and charitable aspects naturally, making it enjoyable from start to finish. I recently came across a similar conversation online mentioning https://www.globalmoldsolutions.com/ while discussing community driven events, and it reminded me of the same collaborative energy shown here. It is always great to see creative industries using their influence to support meaningful causes and bring people together positively.
This recap does a wonderful job of showing how style and purpose can work together. It feels both celebratory and meaningful. I was reminded of an event summary I read on a https://citylineairconditioning.com/ review blog (citylineairconditioning) that also highlighted impact beyond aesthetics.
