We can't lie. We're just as obsessed with La La Land as everyone else and their mom. Especially around this time of year, when love is in the air (ah-hem, Valentine's Day is in ONE WEEK !!). Since we've always got weddings on our mind, we couldn't help ourselves but get inspired by the movie and plan a wedding even though (SPOILER ALERT!) they don't end up together in the end (sad-face emoji). This is their day, planned by the MAVENS.
THE CEREMONY // One of Mia and Sebastian's first dates was at the Planetarium, so it only makes sense that their intimate ceremony would reflect where they fell in love. Como Planetarium in St. Paul was an easy pick for these two since their love is out of this world.
THE RECEPTION // ICEHOUSE mpls is exactly the vibe that Mia and Sebastian are going for to make their guests feel right at home in a jazzy atmosphere. Music is so important to Sebastian, so of course he's planning to perform their song at some point in the evening.
THE DRESS // The Dress that Mia chose from the Inbal Dror collection at L'atelier Couture has an old Hollywood look, which is so stunning with her red hair and timeless style.
THE SHOES // His and her matching black and white oxford shoes are an essential to Mia and Sebastian's nuptial celebration. You know that their first dance includes tap dancing.
THE GETAWAY CAR // At the end of the night, these sweethearts will be waving goodbye to their loved ones in Sebastian's Buick Riviera Convertible.
