We're putting the Grinch in the spotlight this Christmas, and this faux wedding we've planned is making our hearts grow three sizes this holiday season. We have teamed up with some other local vendors and have compiled what it would look like if The Grinch and Martha May Whovier were to get married. This is their day, planned by the MAVENS.
THE CEREMONY // What screams christmas in Minneapolis more than the Holidazzle Market at Loring Park? Mr. Grinch and Martha May chose this venue location because it reminds them of their own hometown tradition of the Holiday Cheermeister festival.
THE RECEPTION // After making it official and vowing to forever spread christmas cheer together for all to hear, these two head over to the Loring Social for their Roast Beast dinner catered by none other than D'Amico Catering (carved by The Grinch, himself).
THE SIGNATURE COCKTAIL // Candy cane Champaign is Martha May's go-to cocktail when entertaining over the holidays, so naturally she had to serve them at her biggest Christmas party yet!
THE RING BEARER // Since Max is already a pro at fetching things (i.e. Mr. Grinch's cloak), there was no better guy for the job of the ring bearer. No need to dress up as rudolph this time, though.
THE SUIT // Mr. Grinch has become quite the class act ever since starting to date Martha May, and this red velvet suit compliments his natural green tones in the most joyful way.
THE SHOES // We all know how much Martha May loves to decorate for the holidays in the most over-the-top way possible. These shoes are the perfect finishing touch to her wedding-day look.
