Ted Roosevelt IV delivers a moving speech about how he wants us to continue the legacy his Great Great Grandfather and President Teddy Roosevelt Started by naming the Boundary Waters a National Wildlife Reserve. There should be no mining done in a federally named National Wildlife Reserve.
